Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed the next working day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
furnica.com ships within the United States only (all 50 states and US territories available at checkout). If you are ordering from outside the United States, please use one of our European stores — furnica.co.uk, furnica.de, furnica.fr, furnica.it, furnica.es, furnica.cz, furnica.sk or furnica.at — or contact us at office@furnica.com before ordering.
If some country is not mentioned - please contact us before ordering
Orders with a delivery address outside the United States cannot be completed at checkout.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Furnica LTD is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibilities of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Furnica LTD is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
